The main role of call center support / back checker are

  • Follow-up with beneficiaries who have received IP for verification
  • Ask questions related to utilization, satisfaction of interventions received.
  • Confirm with beneficiaries that they have received the support.
  • Confirm with the interviewee if they have participated in the interview.
  • Prepare reports on beneficiary support.
  • Follow-up on any data related issues in the field
